**Job Summary**: The Legal Department Intern will provide support to the Legal team, in administrative and research activities; while acquiring experience in the sector.

**Primary Responsibilities**:include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support in drafting and reviewing contracts for all types of operations that the Company undertakes in the Real Estate sector.
- Support in the search for information, legislation, precedents, document management, etc.
- Support to the Legal Department in matters related to civil, real estate and administrative law
- Database update
- Contact with notaries for the organization of signatures before a Notary as well as Property Registries
- Management and coordination of Agencies

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Spanish Law.
- Currently enrolled in a Masters in Legal Practice program.

**Experience**:

- 0 - 6 months experience in Real State Law.

**Technical Skills**:

- C1 English and Spanish proficiency.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

**Soft Skills**:

- Proactivity and eagerness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
- Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
