Per il nostro sito di Latina stiamo ricercando un QC Coordinator che lavori su turni a ciclo continuo (con calendario 3-2).

Le principali attività che la risorsa selezionata svolgerà:

- Effettuare controlli di qualità a cadenze definite
- Verificare i sistemi automatici di controllo
- Gestire problematiche/deviazioni/fuori specifica
- Coordinamento del personale di processo e di controllo qualità
- Gestire le Non Conformità rilevate in tutte le fasi del ciclo produttivo
- Risolvere problemi di processo

**Qualifications**

I requisiti che cerchiamo per lo svolgimento del ruolo sono:

- Capacità di gestione del personale
- Esperienza lavorativa in ambito controllo qualità preferibilmente presso aziende farmaceutiche o alimentari
- Padronanza nell’uso dei principali strumenti di misura
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Conoscenza e applicazione di GMP e procedure di qualità
- Capacità di gestire in autonomia le attività assegnate
- Precisione e affidabilità
- Buone doti relazionali e di problem solving

E’ **necessaria **la disponibilità all'orario di lavoro su turni anche notturni a ciclo continuo.
