Due to increased demand, we are growing our team at our Torremolinos office, and recruiting ambitious, target-driven individuals who are ready to take on a new challenge in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment with great salary + uncapped commission.
**Do you have what it takes?**
- High standard of German language, both verbal and written
- Confident, professional, telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport with project decision makers in the UK.
- IT literate - effective use of company systems to enhance prospecting data
- Highly motivated, ready to learn and achieve success
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Outbound cold calling to potential clients generating New Business opportunities - telephone based.
- Bring on specific campaigns - putting in follow up calls - and activities as requested to generate sales opportunities and (or) appointments for members of the Sales team.
- Work to develop lists / database of prospects to whom we can promote products and services.
- Follow up all sales opportunities and call backs within the agreed target times.
- Working closely with Account Managers and Sales Team
- Keep the CRM system up to date with all details of prospects, customers, contacts, sales activity and customer feedback.
- Keep the diary system up to date with all activities in or out of the office.
- Experience in New Business background would be desirable but not essential.
- Solid background in Outbound Sale or Cold Calling
- Knowledge of IT Industry (preferable).
- Sold background in Outbound Sale or Cold Calling.
- At least one years’ experience within a sales environment in a telephone-based role.
- Time management skills.
- Desire to succeed and move into a sale role.
- Dynamic, confident self-starter.
- Desire to be part of a winning team.
- Willing to stay the course.
