**Sales Manager (Director designate) for Real Estate Company - Mijas Costa**

Our client in Mijas is seeking to hire a highly presentable Real Estate Sales Manager (Director designate), who will be responsible for opening and managing a new office, together with supervising and organising their sales team.
- You will have at least 5 years of experience in real estate sales and be able to lead from the front in managing the sales team, meeting planned targets, and coordinating marketing campaigns for new lead generation.
- You will also oversee all activities and performance of the branch, including building property listings, onboarding new developments, setting and monitoring targets in conjunction with the group management team, carrying out the training and mentoring of sales personnel, and submitting management reports to the group board.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Well-proven experience in managing a real estate sales team
- Excellent sales skills and experience together with the gravitas to work with high-net-worth clients
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate, mentor, and lead by example
- You will speak English and Spanish fluently with other languages desirable but not mandatory
- You will have excellent geographical knowledge of the Costa del Sol, specifically with regard to select urbanisations and key developments
- You will have your own car and be legally entitled to work in Spain. (a car may be provided after the initial trial period)
- You will be within easy commuting distance to Mijas or willing to relocate

Excellent basic salary plus highly attractive commission package.
