**Role**:Icelandic Travel Advisor
**Salary**:€22.249 gross/year
**Schedule**: Full Time (38.5 hours/week), between Monday to Sunday rotational shift: 09:00 - 20:00h
**Contract**: initially 6 months
**Relocation package**:1 month of accommodation + flight ticket to Barcelona

To be successful in this role you need:
- Fluent Icelandic
- Good command of English
- Previous customer facing experience (B2B or B2C) desired
- Prior experience in multi-channel customer support desired
- Excellent listening and communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
