**Tus Responsabilidades en C&A**:
Tu misión principal será coordinar la tienda, y asegurar los objetivos comerciales, liderando a un equipo de profesionales.

Te encargarás de:

- Gestión comercial: Promover iniciativas comerciales para potenciar la venta. Definición de prioridades y planificación de tareas para asegurar la ejecución de las guías propuestas.
- Orientación al cliente: Serás responsable de la formación del equipo y de asegurar los Asegurarás una atención orientada a la venta, haciendo única la experiência de compra del cliente.
- Gestión de equipo/Personas: donde velará por la formación, motivación, seguimiento del personal nuevo, etc del equipo.
- Procedimientos: Conocimiento y aseguramiento de cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos.
- Resultados: Asegurar el seguimiento y análisis de los Kpis

**Qué esperamos de ti**:

- Experiência mínima de 5 años en sector retail dirigiendo equipos, con proactividad, orientación al cliente, orientación a resultados.
- Formación Universitaria relacionados con la Administración y Dirección de empresas, Empresariales o similares.
- Experiência con indicadores, kpís.
- Nível alto de Inglés.
- Nível de informática: Usuario de aplicaciones ofimáticas (Word, Excel, Access,...
- Pasión por el sector moda.

Competencias necesarias:

- Trabajo en equipo.
- Orientación a resultados.
- Orientación al cliente.
- Capacidad analítica, planificación, organizativa.
- Liderazgo.
