**What you'll do**
- Streamlining & standardizing processes’ objectives and priorities inside the digital solution advisory team.
- Performing regular process data analysis, monitor KPIs, and documentation reviews to identify continuous service improvement opportunities.
- Support in measuring and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supporting metrics - especially, data collection, processing and reporting
- Support running, adapting and evolving reporting and operations
- Support creation of dashboards to analyze performance and identify patterns
- Create internal guides and work on process improvements in the area of data management and organizational performance management
- Ad-hoc reporting and creation of presentations/summaries for leadership team and key stakeholders
- Working in collaboration with all stakeholders, decision makers & key participants in full transparency

**What you bring**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres and stays curious. You set high standards for task execution and are not afraid to follow up to get things done. You also like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

We are looking for a colleague who has/is:

- Graduate of a university with up to 3 years after graduation in related fields: Business, Finance, Economics, Communication, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Preferably understanding Cloud Technology
- Project Management basic knowledge
- High level of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office suite - especially, advanced skills in MS Excel
- Proactive and self-dependent working style, goal-orientation, self-driven and motivated
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details
- Quick understanding and adaptability of new tools/systems
