Within this role you will build the legal function of our team in Madrid and assist IMMO’s and its clients’ residential real estate portfolios in Spain in all legal matters. You will work closely with the head of the Spanish market in Madrid and the General Counsel in London. **You Will**: - Assist IMMO’s Spanish transactions, resident experience and property management teams in all legal matters and manage relationships with external legal partners - Assist on the Spanish legal side of negotiations with institutional real estate investors and debt providers - Manage together with external counsel all corporate, regulatory and employment matters of IMMO Spain and collaborate closely with the legal teams in London and Germany - Work cross-functionally with our Spanish market team in Madrid and the legal teams in London and Germany to standardise and optimise company processes **Requirements**: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate practice of a top Spanish / international law firm based in Spain or an established real estate investment manager (developer / SOCIMI) - You are familiar with working in English - You have experience in leading projects and teams - You are a self-starter who takes initiative and makes things happen - You are ambitious and want to take your career to the next level **Benefits** - Flexible and remote working arrangements - Dynamic, driven and respectful colleagues - A culture that is devoid of egos, where People > Product > Profits - Equity in the business - Mental health & therapy support - Cultural events, location trips (once feasible) and volunteering opportunities - No dress code - ...and much more
