**What are you going to do?**

This role will give you a unique opportunity to co-create and further develop our models and solutions with access to a multi-disciplinary and highly motivated team.

**What are your key accountabilities?**
- Monitoring relationships with existing customers through CRM systems.
- Ensuring the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
- Monitor marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with Commercial and Marketing Managers the developing and implementing of sales and marketing strategies that will drive new customers to boost our company’s market presence and increase customer engagement.
- Analyzing data to inform business development and campaigns.
- Acting as a liaison between the IT and CRM team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns.
- Partnering with different stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiatives.
- Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy.
- Working with IT to manage CRM system and data warehousing.

**What you need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- Master´s degree in Business Analytics or similar.
- +5 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Background in Sales or Marketing
- Strong analytical & detail-oriented skills.
- Communicative, influential, and collaborative
- Professional skills using Excel (other reporting tools are a plus)
- Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English
