Co-Founder for a new venture in the HealthTech & Weight Management industry with a powerful Venture Capital Fund.

As a founder, you‘ll be in the driving seat, launching and leading your company. The group will invest in the project, being your co-founding partner, sharing the journey by providing you with strategic, financial and operational support in all the key areas (growth, product, tech, data, legal, finance, business development and fundraising ) to quickly go from 0 to 1.

You will be responsible for:

- Developing high quality business strategies and plans together with the Board of Directors, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- Setting company's vision and culture for the years to come
- Building, leading and motivating a strong team
- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Presenting the Company's vision, roadmap and results to shareholders and potential investors
- Reviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements
- Building trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
- Analysing problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company

**Requisitos**:
**Requirements**:

- Solid experience in fast-growing companies, digital startups, top consulting firm and/or investment banking
- +5 years of experience in the digital industry, having previously held a managing position
- Previous experience in Healthcare sector or HeatlhTech start-ups is a plus
- Previous experience in online marketplaces sector is a plus
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- An go-getter and hands-on attitude to get things done
- Proved entrepeneurial and analytical mindset in finding solutions to complex problems with limited resources
- Outstanding organisational and leadership skills
