Partner Onboarding Officer

The Partner Onboarding Officer is responsible to manage and coordinate the Cross-KIC project “Onboarding of Partners”, lasting initially two years and with the possibility of extending to additional years. S/he is responsible to coordinate the internal (with other departments) and external (KICs, supplier companies) stakeholder involved for the execution of the task.
**Main tasks will be**:
- Coordinating the work of the supplier consortium in implementing the “Partners Onboarding Service”.
- Support the supplier for a smooth implementation of the assigned tasks.
- Act as contact point for EIT Urban Mobility towards the supplier and the other involved KICs and EIT in relation to the tasks of the “Partners Onboarding Service”.
- Process the monthly reports provided by the supplier and cross-check the information aimed at initiating the payments.
- Report to the Cross-KIC cluster coordinator the implementation of the task for the Interim and Final Reports.
- Prepare and launch a procurement for selecting the audit company for the yearly audit of the “Partners Onboarding Service”.
- Monitor and follow-up on the audit results.
- Organise Cross-KIC-EIT meetings in case decisions on the partner validation is needed.
