We are looking for a Tech conversational AI Lead

It’s an exciting time to join AXA Partners As part of the Data & Innovation Office, the Automation & AI team located in Spain is aiming to create value to AXA Partners business and transversal department by implementing and industrializing the deployment of innovative IT initiatives using Automation solutions, including conversational AI technologies.

As the Tech Conversational AI Lead at AXA Partners, you will play a pivotal role in directing the technical aspects of Conversational AI initiatives on a global scale.

Your expertise will be instrumental in orchestrating the seamless delivery and ongoing maintenance of Conversational AI solutions, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and meet the highest standards of excellence.

***Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement the technical strategy and roadmap for the Conversational AI solutions, in collaboration with the head of the Automation & AI and the architecture team.
- Ensure the compliance of the Conversational AI solutions with the architecture, security, data privacy, and quality standards of AXA Partners, as well as the regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Manage the technical aspects of the Conversational AI solutions, such as the infrastructure, the configuration, the integration, the performance, the scalability, the availability, the monitoring, and the troubleshooting.
- Support the technical activities of the Conversational AI solutions, such as the development, the testing, the deployment and define properly the maintenance, and the support, with the internal and external teams and vendors.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the Conversational AI, Data Science & AI team, as well as the business units, on the best practices and the latest trends of the Conversational AI solutions.
- Identify and evaluate new Conversational AI technologies and solutions that can bring value and innovation to AXA Partners, such as the usage of Generative AI, more specifically LLMs.
- Lead and execute PoC & PoV projects on Conversational AI, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, to demonstrate the feasibility and value of innovative solutions for AXA Partners.
- Support the Factories into the definition of the best Conversational AI use cases to be promoted internally and the business case creation.

**Su Perfil** Must have**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Conversational AI solutions, such as chatbots, voicebots, NLP, NLU, NLG.
- Solid knowledge of the Conversational AI technologies and platforms, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, and a good understanding of NLP/NLU/NLG technology
- In-depth understanding of market trends on Generative AI, more specifically around LLMs, its complexity to master, and a good knowledge of LLM Prompt engineering.
- Strong knowledge of the IT architecture, security, data privacy, and quality standards and frameworks, such as ITIL, TOGAF, ISO, GDPR, etc.
- Project management and coordination skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French is a plus.
