**About the Role**:
As a Process Harmonization Lead, you will play a pivotal role in aligning and standardizing processes across various regions and functional areas within our Inside Presales Technical Consultants Organization. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to harmonize processes to enhance efficiency, reduce redundancy, and optimize resource utilization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that process improvements are implemented effectively and consistently throughout the organization.

The role may include management of project finances, maintenance of relationships with upper-level stakeholders, and overseeing a project team from diverse countries. The role fosters skill development, contributes to the refinement of project management practices, and promotes a culture of delivery excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Process Analysis and Assessment**:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of existing processes across departments or functional areas.
- Identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and duplication of efforts.
- Gather data and metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of current processes.

**Process Harmonization Strategy**:

- Develop comprehensive strategies for harmonizing processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define standard methodologies and best practices.
- Design frameworks and guidelines to streamline workflows and eliminate redundancies.

**Change Management and Implementation**:

- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders and provide necessary training and support.
- Monitor implementation progress and address any challenges or roadblocks proactively.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Establish mechanisms for ongoing process improvement and optimization.
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate suggestions for refinement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in process management.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with department heads, project managers, and key stakeholders to align processes with organizational goals and objectives.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork to drive process harmonization efforts effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in process improvement, business process management, or related roles. Typically has 6-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, Services business units and with global projects, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading successful process optimization initiatives. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Change management expertise with the ability to drive cultural transformation and organizational change.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- PMP or PRINCE2
