**Your mission**:
**The position is based in San Sebastian, Spain.**
As an EA and PA you will
- Manage the agendas of the CEO and CSO, coordinating external and internal meetings with potential clients, partners, investors etc.
- Perform administrative tasks such as business trip organisation and coordination of events and social activities.
- Personal assistant duties
- Answering calls and performing some of the office management duties.
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management or similar.
- Perfect command of English and Spanish languages.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing c-level agendas in an international environment.
- Ability to work with an international, multicultural team of people, both in-person and through online resources and capacity to coordinate with different stakeholders at the firm.
Initiative, can do attitude and organisational skills. Detail oriented and excellent problem solving skills Technologically Savvy
**Preferred Additional Qualifications**
- Knowledge of other languages, preferably French and German.
- Knowledge of the following tools: google calendars, zoom, Microsoft Office.
