**Lumière sur le poste**
- Traiter indépendamment la paie de bout en bout, en coordination avec l’équipe et votre responsable, pour assurer les livraisons conformément aux calendriers de traitement et aux indicateurs de qualité (KPI)
- Utiliser vos connaissances pour la résolution des questions clients et assurer une bonne compréhension de la législation et du service fourni
- Incidents et amélioration : Soutenir, documenter et contribuer à l'analyse des causes des incidents. Être force de proposition pour les solutions, appliquer avec rigueur des actions correctives et préventives décidées
- Accompagner les membres de l’équipe moins expérimentés sur le transfert de connaissances
- Activités de paie : lancement des procédures pour calcul et rapports de contrôles, contrôles des résultats, traitement déclaratif (DSN), livraison des rapports aux clients, traitement des données client, traitement des requêtes client via tickets,
- Autres activités courantes : traitement maladies, embauches, sorties, intégration des données pour la paie ; requêtes clients selon un contrat de service prédéfini, rapports internes (contrôle de conformité, indicateur qualités )

- Capacité à naviguer un environnement international et évolutif
- Travailler à la fois en équipe, et de manière indépendante, dans le respect des règles et processus
- Motivation, proactivité et volonté d'apprendre
- Excellentes compétences écrites et verbales
- 2-3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion ou l'administration de la paie/RH ou activités semblables
- Bac+2/3 ou + dans des domaines comme la comptabilité, la gestion de la paie, la gestion administratives des ressources humaines
- Solide connaissance des outils MS Office tels qu'Excel, Word et PowerPoint
- Maitrise des outils de communication : Teams, Outlook, etc
- Une connaissance de SAP, Workday ou SuccessFactor est un plus
