Job Description

As a Corporate Communications Intern, you will work closely and receive mentorship from the CHEP Europe Corporate Communications team. You will gain experience in communications projects and initiatives in addition to the day-to-day tactics that support external communications for the Brambles business.

Major Accountabilities:

- Comms Planning: support the Corporate Communications team in the planning of external communications projects, such as press releases or media campaigns. It includes tasks such as:

- Media monitoring: helps reviewing the media monitoring platforms on a daily basis, and keeping the Comms team informed of new developments and possible crisis.
- Reporting: collaborate in the analyze the success of press releases and organic campaigns in social & traditional media through ad-hoc reports.
- Social media management: Help schedule, monitor and report on our organic social media platforms.
- Budget management: support with the receipt and management of invoices and the creation of purchase orders for our suppliers in the online invoicing system. Keep track of project payments.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Journalism / Communications / Marketing

Skills and Knowledge:

- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and other graphic design programs.
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills in English.
- Research and analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Project Management skills.

Laguages:

- Fluent in English (business environment)
- Spanish (native or equivalent level as second language)

Preferred Education

Degree and equivalent - Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia, Degree and equivalent - Journalism
