Wir suchen für eine Partneragentur einen **SEA Performance Manager**, der sich auf Google Ads und E-Commerce spezialisiert hat. Die Agentur arbeitet mit aufstrebenden B2C-Marken, verwaltet hohe Budgets und unterstützt deren Wachstum auf dem Weg zur Marktführerschaft.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von SEA-Strategien für B2C-Marken
- Management und Optimierung von Google Ads Kampagnen (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display)
- Produktfeeds optimieren und Merchant Center Themen lösen
- Performance-Analysen durchführen und Skalierungspotenziale identifizieren
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden sowie Austausch mit Tracking
- und Kreativ-Teams

**Dein Profil**:

- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Management von Google Ads, idealerweise im E-Commerce
- Nachweisbare Erfolge bei Kampagnen mit hohen Budgets (€50.000+/Monat)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Google Merchant Center und Conversion Tracking
- **Deutsch Muttersprache oder C2**, Englisch mindestens B2
- Analytisches Denken, technische Affinität und Kreativität in der Anzeigengestaltung
- Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an Teamarbeit
- Idealerweise zwischen 20-27 Jahre alt

- Verfügbarkeit für eine Vollzeitstelle (40 Std./Woche)
