Credit Rating Operations

Scope Ratings is looking for a proven and result-driven Business Manager for a fast-paced, rapidly challenging credit rating company. As a Business Manager, you will be part of our EU-based Credit Rating Operations team based in Paris, Madrid, and Milan. You will be responsible for supporting ongoing rating release processes. You will play a vital part in the daily operations of the credit rating agency. You will be guided closely by the Rating Operations team and you will be in regular exchange with the analytical teams.
Duties and responsibilities
- Coordination of rating publications under guidance
- Preparation of rating publications in internal content management system
- Communication with analysts to prepare rating publications
- Recurring reporting support for coordination meetings
- Maintenance of Excel-based databases
- Ad-hoc support for website content upload
- General support in projects
Professional & personal qualifications
- Bachelor´s or master´s degree in business administration or in the relevant field of business sciences or similar work experience
- Basic understanding of fixed income market/debt market is essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills and persuasiveness through all hierarchy levels
- Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good understanding of diverse business processes and strategy developments
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in at least a major European language in addition to English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Sharepoint), project management tools like Jira/Confluence
