We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive retail strategy that aligns with our business priorities. Your focus will be on establishing and nurturing affiliate partnerships with both online and offline retailers, ensuring the growth and success of our retail business segment. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, a deep understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency market, and a passion for affiliate marketing.

**Responsibilities**:
**Retail Strategy Development**:Develop a retail strategy that supports the segment's priorities and implement a measurable plan. Work collaboratively with both online and offline retail channels.

**Affiliate Partnership Management**:Develop and manage affiliate partnerships with retailers, driving business growth and enhancing market presence. Continuously track and evaluate the performance of retail business, evolving key priorities in line with performance metrics.

**Marketing and Content Planning**:Plan and coordinate the release of marketing materials and content to support retail strategies. Stay updated with industry trends and adjust marketing practices to align with changing market dynamics.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail or affiliate marketing sectors.
- Previous experience in managing and developing affiliate relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Expertise in blockchain and cryptocurrencies, with a strong passion for these technologies.
- Experience with deep linking and other advanced affiliate marketing techniques.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, along with the capability to coordinate creative resources effectively.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Self-motivated and driven, possessing exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

**Salary**: 20,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
