**Wat ga je doen?**
Als Junior Business Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal bedienen van onze bestaande klanten. Je helpt hen om succesvol met ons platform te werken, bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties en stimuleert hun groei binnen onze diensten. Jij bent hun belangrijkste aanspreekpunt, begrijpt hun behoeften, en neemt initiatief om kansen te benutten en hun waarde op lange termijn te vergroten.
- Zorgen voor een uitstekende klantervaring en zorgen dat klanten actief blijven en groeien;
- Marktkansen en bedreigingen onderzoeken en omzetten in voordelen voor zowel je portfolio als voor de klant;
- Klanten voorzien van waardevolle inzichten die hen helpen bij hun bedrijfsvoering;
- Samenwerken met je collega's van het Client Success-team en andere afdelingen om onze processen en tools continu te verbeteren;
- Je eigen en gezamenlijke doelen monitoren en behalen.
**Wat breng jij mee?**
- Ervaring hebt in sales, accountmanagement of customer service;
- Eerder hebt gewerkt bij een SaaS- of platformbedrijf, met name in een opstartfase;
- Kennis hebt van de horecasector; je zult voornamelijk werken met horecaklanten, dus begrip van deze sector is een pré.
Soort dienstverband: Fulltime, Parttime
Salaris: 800,00€ - 1.400,00€ per maand
