**Local Marketing Manager, Spain & Italy**

**Drive profit and take care of the customer base by activating our users and buyers base.**

In this role, you will be responsible for the following

  • Understanding your customers inside-out and planning all initiatives based on that knowledge
  • Responsibility for revenue and profit from marketing activities
  • Building your local merchandising trading plan by selecting the right wines in collaboration with the wine buying team/supply team based on their region sales range/plan.
  • Planning and executing daily marketing activations (CRM, Push) and campaigns for our customer base on the Vivino app and web platform (from crafting the campaign, planning to launch, including technical build alongwith creation of tactical landing page for lifecycle activation)
  • Campaign and project management: managing the campaign and project critical path, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring all is executed on agreed deadlines.
  • Content and copywriting management: writing and building the local content library, proofreading and localizing global content (being fluent in Spanish or Italian and English is a must)
  • Maintain our Active Repeat Base and ensure Retention.

  • Experience with Trade Marketing
  • Profound E-commerce / Digital Business understanding
  • Experience using CRM platforms (ideally Braze)
  • High level of Excel competency
  • Experience of Looker - preferable
  • Bright, analytical mind
  • Flair for Copywriting
  • Strong local market knowledge
  • Spanish or Italian Speaker required.
