En estos momentos, como consultora de selección de personal, estamos buscando para nuestro cliente un/a **Growth Marketing**

**FUNCIONES Y TAREAS**

Será la persona encargada de diseñar y gestionar las tácticas de captación de leads y su conversión en ventas a través de la gestión todos los pasos del embudo de conversión. También se encargará de diseñar argumentarios de producto, así como las estrategias go-to-market de las mismas y las sucesivas campañas tácticas, siempre trabajando estrechamente con el equipo de marketing y ventas.
- Diseñar y optimizar embudos de conversión para maximizar la captación y fidelización de clientes.
- Implementar estrategias de growth hacking basadas en experimentación ágil y análisis de datos.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento y explotación de la base de datos.
- Gestionar campañas digitales orientadas a la conversión y resultados.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima 3 años en posiciones de Growth, marketing digital y afines.
- Nível de inglés B2 como mínimo
