Senior Marketing Specialist (IA & Graphic Design)

The Art of Living in Spain , an international real estate, lifestyle and wellness company, we create distinctive projects such as Altaona Sports & Wellness Resort , designed for an international audience seeking quality, design and experience. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist with a strong general marketing background, solid hands-on experience across the full marketing stack, and a clear specialization in graphic design and advanced AI usage to support our continued growth.

Your responsibilities:

- Support and execute the overall marketing strategy across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate and manage marketing actions across social media, website, email marketing, CRM and paid media.
- Collaborate closely with sales, real estate and management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Graphic Design & Visual Communication (Specialty)

- Lead the creation of high-quality visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Develop creatives for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, brochures and sales materials.
- Ensure visual consistency and high aesthetic standards across all brand touchpoints.

AI & Marketing Innovation (Advanced)

- Use AI tools at an advanced level to improve:
- Content creation (text, image and video).
- Creative ideation and concept development.
- Process optimization and productivity.
- Implement AI-driven workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, OpusClip, Zapier, Make, ManyChat, ElevenLabs, HeyGen and similar platforms.
- Stay up to date with AI and marketing innovation to continuously improve efficiency and creativity.

Content & Communication

- Support content planning and creation for social media, website and marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to brand storytelling around real estate projects, lifestyle, wellness and the Mediterranean way of living.
- Ensure messaging consistency across channels and formats.

Performance, Tools & Data

- Work with core marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and Looker Studio at a basic to intermediate level .
- Monitor key metrics and support reporting and optimization efforts.
- Understand the full customer journey from awareness to conversion.

Your profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing, ideally in real estate, lifestyle or premium brands.
- Marketing Knowledge: Broad understanding of the full marketing ecosystem, with hands-on experience across multiple channels and tools.
- Graphic Design: Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and visual communication (key specialization).
- AI Expertise: Advanced, practical use of AI tools for marketing, creativity and automation.
- Languages: Fluent English required. Spanish and other languages are a plus.
- Mindset: Senior, proactive and solution-oriented professional with strong aesthetic sense and curiosity for innovation.
- Balance: Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on.
