Dentro de un proyecto de implementación y desarrollo de un software enfocado en los procesos financieros en todos los países donde tiene presencia la compañía, la persona seleccionada reportando al responsable del departamento de Service Management, tendrá entre sus funciones la siguientes:

- Análisis de los procesos de negocio existentes desde la solicitud hasta la resolución del ticket.
- Identificación de potenciales mejoras que optimicen el proceso.
- Desarrollo de conceptos de soluciones eficientes para los departamentos de negocio
- Obtención de requisitos técnicos para la herramienta de tickets.
- Conexión de otro países a la herramienta de tickets, siempre con el foco en la estandarización de procesos para los servicios ofrecidos por la compañía.
- Coordinación con el desarrollo de productos, clientes y otras partes interesadas para la definición de requisitos y procesos.
- Perfil puente entre los departamentos de desarrollo de software y de negocio.
- Análisis y especificación de historias de usuario en función de los requisitos comerciales y técnicos.

Empresa multinacional líder absoluta en sector retail/consumo|Perfil con experiência como IT Process Manager
- Formación informática, administración de empresas o una calificación similar.
- Inglés: Full profesional ; Valorable Alemán.
- Varios años de experiência como gestor de procesos, idealmente conocimiento de procesos en el sector financiero.
- Conocimiento en gestión de proyectos, idealmente con conocimiento de metodología Agile, así como en proyectos de desarrollo de una solución de software.
- Experiência y capacidad para trabajar en equipo interdisciplinares.
