We are seeking a strong, versatile person to deliver best software solutions both to our in-house and external clients

**What you will do**:

- Lead a high performing Scrum squad where you will shape our product and processes.
- An opportunity to move beyond web development and become a true leader of a squad with different profiles: developers, testers, operations.
- Access to Education and Training in all related areas (Azure, Leadership, Technology, etc).
- Drive the analysis, design and development of an Enterprise, customer facing, Web Application & Services.
- Exposure to our business with an opportunity to build relationships with our Stakeholders and Clients.
- Mentor and coach other web developers to help them perform at their best
- Lead by example, set high quality standards, and become an evangelist of the product

**What you bring & who you are**:

- 5+ Years Professional Experience in Web Technologies.
- 2+ Years in a leadership position or with line management responsibilities
- Strong Angular, Typescript, SCSS, Visual Studio Code, GIT
- Experience in building complex User Interfaces. (Redux/NGRX or equivalent)
- Knowledge of web testing frameworks. (Cypress or equivalent)
- Ability to thrive and deliver in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum based Teams with the ability to understand and write technical stories.
- Good communication skills in English.
**Desirable**:

- Full Stack -.NET Core, Microservices, SQL Server, Mongo DB, REDIS.
- Knowledge and understanding of REST and API development.
- Azure Dev Ops & Application Development (App Services, Application Insights, etc.)
- Knowledge of UX & Design Concepts.
