We are seeking a strong, versatile person to deliver best software solutions both to our in-house and external clients
**What you will do**:
- Lead high performing Scrum teams where you will shape our product and processes.
- Drive the analysis, design and development of an Enterprise, customer facing, Web Application & Services.
- An opportunity to move beyond web development and become a true leader of a product team with different profiles: backend and frontend developers, QA, designers, and operations.
- Access to Education and Training in all related areas (Azure, Leadership, Technology, etc).
- Exposure to our business with an opportunity to build relationships with our Stakeholders and Clients.
- Mentor and coach other web developers to help them perform at their best
- Lead by example, set high quality standards, and become an evangelist of the product
- In collaboration with the architecture team, define solid architectural best practices to be followed on a continuous basis during the project and all future enhancements. Act as gate keeper for high quality of technical deliveries.
**What you bring & who you are**:
- 10+ Years Professional Experience in Web Technologies.
- 3+ Years in a leadership position or with line management responsibilities
- Strong.NET C#, Angular, Typescript, Azure DevOps
- Inspiring leader working in Agile/Scrum based teams (5+ people)
- Deep understanding of software engineering practices: DevOps, testing, branching, code reviews, DDD, TDD, etc.
- Ability to thrive and deliver in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English
**Desirable**:
- Azure services: Web Apps, API Mgmt, Blob storage, Event grid, Azure Functions, etc.
- Experience building complex UIs: Redux/NGRX, microfrontends, high performance
- Knowledge of UX & Design Concepts.
- Experience working and leading distributed teams in international environment
- Experience within financial/commodity/energy trading and/or knowledge of financial/commodity markets is a big plus
