Our** Revenue Graduate Program **is designed to guarantee operational and management EXPOSURE, where you are expected to acquire strategic knowledge through a modulated development plan, complemented by a training itinerary.

For 18 months, you will live a unique experience, going through and developing yourself in the Revenue areas of the chain.

For this year we have 3 exclusive places and one of them can be yours Are you going to miss this opportunity?

**What are we looking for?**
- Related training in Hospitality and/or Tourism. Recent graduates or students in their final year.
- Specific training with focus on Revenue Management will be highly valued.
- Advanced level of English. Spanish and other languages will be highly valued.
- Previous experience in Revenue Management practices will be considered an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Full geographical availability.
- Willing to commit to an 18 month development program.

**WHAT WILL THE PROCESS BE LIKE?**

The selection process for our Graduates has the following phases:

- Interviews with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development team.
- Aptitude and technical tests.
- Final validation by the direct manager
