Welcome to the **AWWG International Internship & Graduate Program**: an opportunity to have a full assignment and star building a career through your first working experience.
This is a one year program, with the possibility to join the company after that period and enjoy the complete 3-year development plan.

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal through PVH Iberia.

**Your future position**:
Ensure the correct stock position that helps maximize sales within the ECI Concessions business, giving support to the Merchandising & Planning department for all the brands of the group.

Your tasks include:

- Reporting: Supporting with the analysis of relevant KPIs for the business
- Helping with ensuring that all shops have their required levels of packaging
- Helping with staff uniforms management, making sure they are at the right place at the right time
- Supporting when making sure that logistics are met on time and frequency
- Supporting the operational process like annual stocktakes and end of season returns management

**Who you are**:

- This program is for you if you are studying or if you have finished a degree in Business Administration, or a similar degree
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required; any other languages are a big plus
- Good use of other MS Office tools such as primarily Excel and Power Point but also Word
- Passion for the world of retail and fashion
- Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must

**As for the formal requirements**:

- ** Internship program**: It´s mandatory that you can sign an internship agreement with your university. Get your first professional experience
- **Graduate program**: For graduates from official bachelor or master studies within the last three years. Keep growing as a professional
