**Who we are...**

AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands _Pepe Jeans London_, _Hackett London_, and _Façonnable_, and is the licensed distributor for _Tommy Hilfiger_ and _Calvin Klein_ in Spain and Portugal.

The **AWWG International Internship & Graduate program** is an opportunity to start learning and growing with us as you will work on some of the most exciting and challenging projects our industry has to offer.

**The project**

As a member of the Merchandising team, you will have an opportunity to work alongside experienced merchandisers and gain a comprehensive understanding of retail operations. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to develop the strategy of the brand.
- Pepe Jeans London_ is a globally recognized fashion brand known for its innovative designs and urban-chic style, offering a diverse range of high-quality clothing and accessories that embody modernity and self-expression. Collaborating with influencers and artists, _Pepe Jeans_ transcends fashion, becoming a symbol of creativity and individuality.

**What will this role entail?**
- **Collection Strategy development**:During this stage you will be requested to assist Product merchandising with benchmarks & data analisis.
- **Collection strategy presentation**: You will help to prepare the presentations and documents for different sign offs.
- **Collection development**: In cooperation with the Product team, product merchandisers follow the development of the collection and verify that budget is achieved, having always in mind the brand identity. As part of the team, you will contribute in preparing feedback.
- **Collection presentation**: At this stage, you will work with samples in hand before launching the collection and contribute to close the collection before the sales' period (product academy videos, retail prices sign off, collection structure, etc.).
- **Collection selling**:Working with the Sales team, you will help product merchandisers to analyze and validate last minute collection needs.

**Who are we looking for?**

Students or recent graduates that are passionate, dynamic, open-minded, ambitious, and positive, who want to embrace AWWG culture.

Previous professional experience is not required. Passion and energy to give your best is a must

**Position requirements**:

- Bachelor or Master´s degree in Business, Economics or similar
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office tools primarily Excel.
- Experience in Excel analysis is a plus.
