We are looking for a Integrated Business Planning Analyst.

**What your responsibilities will be**

You will have the opportunity to:
Manage and maintain data related to the IBP cycle.

Develop dashboards and reports for forward detection of potential gaps and opportunities.

Prepare the analysis and reporting to obtain the data inputs for the IBP cycle: forecast, purchase orders, inventory management, actual releases, etc.

Develop and calculate proper metrics and KPIs (forecast accuracy and bias, release attainment, batch splitting, inventory targets, etc.). You will also monitor critical planning parameters and metrics, root cause analysis and action plan implementation for any metrics deviation.

Participate in and support the implementation of a Grifols global integrated business planning process.

Participate in the digital transformation of IBP processes by finding and implementing opportunities to use business intelligence tools/systems.

Participate in the integration of new companies acquired in the IBP process.

Maintain material master data and processes in SAP and ensure the data integrity for planning master data.

Elaborate and maintain documentation related to material master data governance at global level to ensure quality, completeness and cleanness.

Act as support in global projects that involve the material master data, including company integrations and systems changes.

Analyse and report KPIs for master data.

- You have a degree in Business or Engineering.
- You speak fluent English.
- You are used to working with SAP.
- You have analytical thinking.
- You work in team.
