As a Lead, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), you will work collaboratively with other areas of the Biopharma & Plasma Business Units, along with other Operations and services units, to ensure the proper communication of different metrics and analysis related to the Integrated Business Planning, as well as, for the proper development of projects and digitalization processes.

The role is also responsible for performing adhoc scenario analysis responding to potential demand and supply variations.

**What your responsibilities will be**

**Integrated Tactical Planning (50%)**:

- Participation in the Coordination Sales & Operations Execution process with focus on SKU / order level detail, releases and inventory status
- Conduct a weekly sales & operations execution /Integrated Tactical Planning meeting to align all the stakeholders.
- Coordinate the relevant departments through the Demand Control process in support of strategic and operational decision-making.
- Gain cross functional alignment on priorities and goals; Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) relevant to S&OE across all commercial businesses; Inform common understanding across business functions of current state of business, relative to targets and objectives.
- Identify and quantify relevant risks and opportunities to the operating plan by business unit.

**Integrated business planning (IBP) data analytics and reporting (25%)**:

- Manage the data unit related to the IBP cycle in the Biopharma Business Unit.
- Manage the analytics and reporting development for the IBP process.
- Development of analysis related to supply and demand for different stakeholders in Grifols.
- Provide visibility to the senior management of the critical planning parameters and metrics, root cause analysis and action plan implementation for any metrics deviation.
- Communication to the senior management of potential gaps and business opportunities detected to facilitate strategic decisions on issue resolution & gap closing.

**Integrated business planning (IBP) digitalization and continuous improvement (25%)**:

- Participation in the implementation of the data and analytics part of the Grifols global IBP process.
- Participation the IBP digitalization and continuous improvement of the data management and analysis.
- Establish the data architecture and configuration of the E2E IBP tools.

- Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field of study.
- 3 years’ leadership experience in Sales & Operations planning or business strategy/Operations/Data Analytics in large global Pharma operations.
- Expert in SAP SD/MM/PP/BI and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Expert in MS Excel and other MS products (PowerPoint, Word, Access)
- Proactive self-starter dedicated to continuous improvement, result oriented and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to work under pressure in ambiguous situations and respond appropriately in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Team working skills
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills including the ability to develop and measure metrics, develop complex models, etc.
- Experience with implementation of Sales & Operations Planning or complex planning / IBP processes in a highly sophisticated network with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management/process improvement skills.
- Ability to create consensus and implement processes in a complex matrix environment.
