**What the Role Delivers**
**K**ey **Responsibilities**

- Owns the technical and architectural decisions for digital and data programs, valuing simplicity and quality. Willing to challenge technical constraints and procedures to achieve agile design.
- Manages the work of offshore developers and is accountable to ensure they understand the requirements, monitors progress against timelines, validates quality of final product and keeps spend within budget
- Responsible for planning and developing the architectural runway, in collaboration with the Product Owner and Global Head
- Accountable to be a visionary force behind the design and execution of technical solutions, including work with external integration partners and internal R&D
- Actively helps the team identify and solve the biggest problems

**What the Job Requires**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or related field
- 5 - 7 years of prior, relevant software development experience
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Fluent in English
**What to Have Done and Know How to Do**
- These skills and experiences are highly desirable; however, they do not preclude exceptions based on an individual’s performance history and demonstrated potential._
- Seen as an expert within the technical components of the domains/products and a seasoned technical lead with deep insight into newest technology trends
- Significant experience with Agile infrastructure, environments, and deployment strategies/ technologies to drive efficient working practices and DevOps
- Can make architecture decisions at a team and product level
- Experience working on projects that span multiple organizations and business units with experience in Agile Development and solution architecture preferred
- Understands relationship with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Design Lead and rest of technical team with experience managing technical priorities within a development backlog
- Strong communication skills with ability to align the organization on complex technical decisions
- Active collaborator with goals to grow and maximize the wider team’s potential and client-centric impact
- High energy, passionate and innovative individual who inspires teammates to reach their maximum potential
