**Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all customer confidentiality requirements are met and continually adhered to.
- Comply with all local safety requirements and maintain a clean, orderly storage and working area.
- Mechanical fixing test compressors to the test equipment to run the desired tests.
- Installing and maintaining air conditioning systems into the test equipment, this will include welding, machining and modifying vehicle AC lines or manufacturing new ones.
- Following the test requirements and reporting structure as required.
- Continual improvement processes on the test equipment and within the test laboratory.

**Your Skills & Strengths**:

- Minimum educational background HNC, BTEC-Meas Eng, BAC+3 Technical, Formation Professional.
- Experience of air conditioning is desired - Vehicle AC in particular.
- Experience in metal working, welding etc considered as a strong asset.
- Fluency in English - German, Spanish, French would be a plus.
- Experience in Quality control processes.
- Good electrical understanding and mechanical competence required.
- User-proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Refrigerant handling training F-GAS to J-11 level preferred.
- Employees must be able to work additional hours and/or additional days during the working week which can be in excess of forty (40) hours per week. Employee must be open to a 2nd or 3rd shift assignment if required during employment.
- Willingness to travel on a national and international level.
