ProductLife Group (PLG) is a dedicated life sciences outsourcing and consulting company. The group is having HQ in Paris and affiliates around the globe with teams in all key regions: North America, Europe and APAC.

**Responsibilities**

You will be part of a growing team and will work closely with PLG’s leadership, the Learning & Talent Management Director and the wider team to build out the internal communications capabilities for PLG. This position is the first of its kind and will play a critical role in driving change within our organisation. More specifically, your tasks will include:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that supports PLG’s mission, vision and strategic objectives. This includes production of editorial and video content, preparation and implementation of internal events (content, organization and logistics).
- Build strong relationships with PLG’s leadership team, understanding their communication needs and helping them articulate and cascade key messages throughout the organization.
- Provide expertise in change management, helping the organization adapt to evolving strategies, initiatives and industry shifts.
- In close collaboration with various stakeholders, e.g. Marketing and the HR team, create compelling and relevant content for internal communications, including for the Digital townhalls, intranet updates, presentations and announcements.
- Manage and optimize various internal communication channels, ensuring information is accessible and engaging for employees around the world.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effective of internal communications efforts, gathering feedback from employees using insights to continuously improve communications strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across different departments and geographies.
- You will leverage your international experience to ensure that communication strategies are culturally sensitive and effective in diverse regions.

**Salary**: 40,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year
