En **Logicalis Spain** estamos buscando un **Change Manager** con experiência en gestión y coordinación de todos los aspectos relacionados con los cambios en el entorno de TI de uno de nuestros clientes.

**Las funciones para el puesto son las siguientes**:

- Liderar el CAB (comité de cambios) de nuestro cliente.
- Supervisar y coordinar el ciclo de vida completo de los cambios (desde la solicitud hasta la implementación y revisión post-cambio).
- Analizar y evaluar las solicitudes de cambio para determinar el impacto, el riesgo y los recursos necesarios.
- Desarrollar planes de cambio detallados que incluyan pruebas, implementación y planes de contingencia.
- Coordinar los equipos técnicos y de operaciones de Logicalis para asegurar una implementación de cambios sin problemas.
- Supervisar la implementación de los cambios para asegurar que se realicen según lo planeado.
- Elaborar informes de cambios, destacando el rendimiento, los problemas encontrados y las lecciones aprendidas.
- Implementar las mejores prácticas de ITIL y otras metodologías relevantes.
