**Job Purpose**

As a Staff Travel Support, you'll take on the functions of a Reservations Agent, you'll organize and book business trips for both internal and external employees, in accordance to their travel requests, through the channels available, ensuring Vueling's internal policy is respected and employees are satisfied. This leads to supporting them in any eventual issue or inquiry regarding their travel requests, or any service or products we offer, as well as making agreements with suppliers to cover our employees' and Vueling's needs.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Multi-channel support to employees' requests.
- Requests analysis and research for the most suitable options for both employees and Vueling.
- Employee support on Staff Travel's processes, tools, requests or benefits.
- Improve current agreements with airlines and other suppliers.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Assess employees and their requests of service trips on the best conditions within available options.
- Book transport and accommodation for employees with current suppliers and, in their absence, find the best possible conditions.
- Manage issues and inquiries related to Staff's flight benefits.
- Negociate with airlines and suppliers of both products and services.
- Meet new agreements and/or improve existing ones with suppliers of products and services.
- Analyze fees and benchmark them to achieve the best conditions for the company.

**Education**

University Degree in relevant field (e.g. Tourism) or extensive experience.

**Experience**

At least 2 years in similar position.

- Efficiency and ability to understand our employees' needs.
- Ensure the best service in time and manner, always finding a solution aligned with Vueling's policies.
- Organization and method to finally meet our employees' and Vueling's needs. Analysis of needs, priorization, planification.
- Autonomy, interpersonal and communication skills to work together with other teams, departments or other external stakkeholders, and find solutions and speed up requests or inquiries.
- Ability to adapt to sudden urgent needs and changes in processes, policy or tools.
- Responsibility of own work and ability to support other team members to achieve department and company goals.
- Interest in taking on new challengesand/or responsibilities within the team, department or area.

- Full time position Monday-Friday.
- There are 2 working shifts de 9 a 18h una semana y otra de 10 a 19h. Pueden haber variaciones.
- Disponibilidad para realizar guardias.
