Welcome to the **AWWG International Internship & Graduate Program**: an opportunity to have a full assignment and star building a career through your first working experience. This is a one year program, with the possibility to join the company after that period and enjoy the complete 3-year development plan. AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal through PVH Iberia. With our internship & Graduate Program we welcome a great dose of talent, innovation, diversity, vitality and passion **Goal of the position** Support retail operations team in their daily tasks to ensure our retail stores can operate in an effective way following the AWWG standard processes. **Main activities** Collaborate in the main tasks that are carried out in the department: - To control and reconcile the process of deliveries reception, returns to warehouse, stock transfers, stock takes, analysis of discrepancies, checking of sales and other retail operations tasks - End of day till conciliation review, cash & credit card discrepancies, cash collection and bank deposits monitoring - Monitor discounts, markdowns, promotions and discounts procedures per Stores - Weekly and Monthly operational KPIs for stock in transit Reporting - Stock takes in the stores - stock adjustments and discrepancies analysis **Education Level** - College degree (technical degree, ADE etc) - English / Advanced **Previous experience, Languages, Knowledge & Technical skills** - English and Spanish - MS office user - Excel advanced **Who you are**: - This program is for you if you are studying or have finished a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain. - Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required; any other languages are a big plus - Passion for the world of retail and fashion - Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must **As for the formal requirements**: - ** Internship program**:It´s mandatory that you can sign an internship agreement with your university. Get your first professional experience - **Graduate program**:For graduates from official bachelor or master studies within the last three years.
