**Sales Manager will**:

- Be responsible for reaching business objectives on his/her perimeter in terms of OI/GMOI/portfolio/region
- Develop and maintain intimacy with key stakeholders
- Have customer perspective: Understanding their motivations, pains and gains, ensuring that the best solution for the customer is proposed in every occasion
- Lead capture team when opportunities materialize in solicitations
- Feed the CRM system with the information that allows proper resource planning at company level (proposal foreseen dates, OI forecast)
- Prepare the necessary bid material for gates
- Have a mindset for continuous improvement and agility, propose new ideas to simplify or reduce the duration of usual tasks
- Have a flexible approach in order to perform bid managers role when needed

**Training and Education**:
Engineering Master, preferably Electronics, with background space industry

**Experience**:

- Experience in space sector
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Experience in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Experience in CRM would be appreciated
- Experience in Python programming would be appreciated

**Languages**:

- English essential, French would be a plus.
