**Job Description**:
Position Purpose
- Lead all Supply Chain operational activities across the region of Iberia.
- Defines the strategy adapted to the conditions of the market while ensuring compliance, service and product quality and the most cost effective solutions in both Plant Operations and Logistics.

Major/Key Accountabilities
- Participate in the definition of European Supply Chain strategy and policies and ensures adoption and implementation within the geographical area of responsibility
- Define and Implement the actions in the Supply Chain needed to align with Iberia strategy defined by the CLT’s and the Regional (Southern Europe) Leadership Team
- Member of the Country Leadership Team in Spain.
- Be an ambassador of change across the Region and function. Lead and implement transformation and change programmes, develop and coach team members to embrace and embed sustainable change.
- Determine and manage the Supply Chain budget to deliver the expected service
- Manage Operational locations: find suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage the subcontractors, and operate the plants with them on a daily basis. Including continuous improvement and process reliability.
- Coordinate with the Central Carrier Management and Logistics Execution teams to work with transportation suppliers to develop and implement transportation solutions
- Coordinate with the Central Planning Management team the planning for the geographical area and guarantee quality & availability of pallets and containers sent to customers / other plants from conditioning sites.
- Manage inventory balance & maximise asset productivity at Plants.
- Decide on investment for new sites according to Plant Network Optimization and country growth strategy, including property/subcontractor procurement/automation roadmap
- Integrate digital, sustainability, customer experience and people strategies
- Develop and manage site capacity planning, increasing productivity & existing network.
- Supervise compliance with health & safety regulations (Zero Harm) and fosters the ZH culture among employees and suppliers
- Escalate and resolve customer satisfaction issues. Drive process, service level and procedure standardisation

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent,
- Preferably MBA, MSC or equivalent

Experience
- 6 to 10 years management experience in Supply Chain industry in
fast-paced company, pref FMCG
- Experience in leading and achieving results in pan-European, multi-site, multi-lingual teams & significant-size Manufacturing sites

Skills and Knowledge
- MS-Office, LeanLogistics, SCM software
- Operational research tools (stock and transport optimiser)
- Supply chain management tools: Lean Manufacturing, 6 sigma.
- Analytical and high influencing

Language Skills

Required:Fluent in Spanish and English

Desirable: Another European language

Preferred Education

Degree and equivalent - Mechanical Engineering, Degree and equivalent - Supply Chain Management, Masters - Business Administration/Management

Preferred Level of Work Experience

7 - 10 yearsHybrid Remote
