**¿Cuál es el perfil que buscamos?**
- Definir y ejecutar las estrategias de la cadena de suministro, alineándolas con los objetivos generales de la compañía.
- **Optimizar los procesos logísticos**, garantizando eficiencia operativa y reducción de costes.
- Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con proveedores y mejorar continuamente los procesos de compra y negociación.
- Gestionar los inventarios de manera estratégica, asegurando la disponibilidad de productos y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Implementar tecnologías de vanguardia para la automatización de la cadena de suministro.
- Liderar y capacitar al equipo de supply chain, promoviendo un ambiente de trabajo proactivo y colaborativo.
- Análisis y gestión de riesgos de la cadena de suministro, asegurando la continuidad del negocio.
**Requisitos esenciales**:
- Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Logística o afines.
- Experiência mínima de 10 años en roles de liderazgo en Supply Chain o Logística.
- Conocimientos avanzados en planificación de la demanda, gestión de inventarios y procurement.
- Experiência comprobada en la implementación de ERP y sistemas de gestión de la cadena de suministro.
- Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Alto nível de inglés.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
