We are looking for an enthusiastic **IT Desktop Support Administrator **in the Alicante area that wants to join us on this trip, helping us to excel in our user administration, problem troubleshooting and IT setup of the resources.

**DAY-TO-DAY TASKS**:

- **Direct user support for Alicante and Cologne offices** using Jira ticketing system and message communication
- **Leadership in specific projects to improve** **user maintenance** **and** **team's tools** - Research solutions, configuration, and implementation.
- **Configuration and shipment of IT equipment** for new onboardings and existing employees.
- **Problem troubleshooting of IT equipment** (remotely and on-site at the office)
- **IT inventory management **of the Spanish subsidiary office (Alicante).
- **Setup of IT equipment for presentations** (audiovisual) during special company events
- **Active collaboration **with Management, Human Resources and Office Management in resources needs.
- **Documentation** of processes and troubleshooting using Confluence as the primary tool.

**YOU WILL BE OUR** SUPERHERO** IF YOU HAVE**:

- At least two years of previous experience in a related role using Active Directory, Okta and Google Workspace,
- Good knowledge of network protocols such as HTTP, DNS and TCP/IP
- A ‘Team player’ attitude is a must for us Willingness to become an administrator expert in a Scrum development team is something you are seeking for.
- Full professional proficiency both in English and Spanish languages.
- Although we enjoy our hybrid working scheme, this position will require to attend to the office on some occasions, so living in Alicante (or nearby) is a must in this case.
- As a plus:

- German language
- Linux skillsScripting experience
- Microsoft Intune knowledge
- Azure AD
