Junior Counsel

**What will you do? (The role)**
- We're searching for a corporate and commercial counsel with a strong operational mindset and an ability to resolve a wide range of matters across many jurisdictions, independently and in conjunction with local counsel and senior members of the Legal team.
- Be part of the Corporate team of 3 lawyers and corporate associates across EMEA and APAC
- Support expansion and management of our group structure (60+ entities), including Co Sec management, corporate governance and regulatory filings
- Client and vendor contract negotiation and management.
- Supporting our Legal Service Desk on Corporate team tickets - a wide variety of work. Ability to advise the business and stakeholders and drive solutions.
- Project support - in respect of Company Objectives (incl. new products, M&A, debt raise, partnerships and other strategic initiatives)

**What are you great at? (Previous experience)**
- Good academics - at degree level
- Qualified lawyer
- Experience in corporate/ commercial team in private practice OR in-house with equivalent function
- Strong contract drafting and review skills

- Employer of Record (EOR) or general employment law experience
- Experience in a start-up or SME
- An interest in technology, automation and innovation
