**Your Job**:

- Lead and motivate the EPC and O&M team in Spain to achieve ambitious growth & performance targets
- Managing the Spanish EPC and O&M team, including cross-functional coordination and performance management
- Develop, structure and grow the EPC and O&M organization in Spain with a side target to increase Spanish content
- Management of our EPC project program in Spain starting in the design phase through to O&M
- Lead the interface between the regional EPC and O&M team and the global ib vogt EPC and O&M organization throughout the Project lifecycle
- Representing ib vogt’s EPC and O&M business unit in Spain, Portugal and LatAm
- Management of existing and future customers and lead the negotiation of EPC and O&M contracts
- Risk management, troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Ensuring that our best-in-class EPC and O&M practices are followed and contribute to its continual improvement process

**Your profile**:

- Academic degree, preferably in the field of renewable energies or engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience within the renewable energy industry in positions of responsibility
- Experience in managing teams consisting of international and regional/local staff
- Familiar with the EPC processes of investment projects
- Contract negotiation and management experience
- Technical understanding of solar technology
- Proven track record of successful implementation of large-scale renewable energy projects
- Strong communication, intercultural, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to oversee and prioritize the management of several projects in different stages and manage multiple stakeholders
- English and Spanish (native speaker or excellent command)
- Willingness to travel
