Funciones:

- Analizar la viabilidad financiera de los proyectos, diseñar, presentar y ejecutar estrategias de inversión y desinversión.
- Identificar clientes potenciales y oportunidades de negocio dentro de la división de Residencial con el objetivo de maximizar el rendimiento de la misma.
- Análisis de activos, diseños de propuesta, asesoramiento a inversores, negociación, ejecución y cierre de operaciones.
- Planificar y ejecutar la acción comercial necesaria para la captación de activos y mandatos.
- Contacto con fondos y promotoras - proveedores.
- Graduado/a en ADE, Económicas, Ingeniería o Arquitectura. Valorable MBA o posgrado en Finanzas y Real Estate.
- Experiência de entre 2 y 4 años en consultoría inmobiliaria, promotora o Big4, tanto en equipos de Capital Markets como de Valoraciones, ejecutando y cerrando operaciones de inversión/desinversión.
- Dominio del Paquete Office.
- Nível alto de inglés.
- Persona con capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados y a cliente con visión estratégica, proactivo y con habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
