**Data scientist**

We are looking for experienced data scientists to support our sales analytics team. The focus of the role is the creation and maintenance of predictive models in the sales area. This includes the sales forecasting, whitespace measurement, risk assessments, etc.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Identification and classification of relevant data
- Oversee the datamining
- Building machine learning algorithms
- Building of statistical models
- Visualization of data
- Governance of processes
- Interactions with business to ensure adoption of models
- Identifications of trends
- Training of new joiners
- Creation of documentation

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum of B2 in English
- Team player
- Strong mathematical skills
- Strong attention to details
- Good problem solver
- Good technical understanding
- Understanding of business administration and sales processes
- Understanding of statistics
- Experience in working with Data lakes
- Experimentation
- Innovative

**Knowledge And Experience Required**
- High knowledge of R and/or Phyton
- Has implemented a predictive model like a sales forecast in the past
- Understands the sales process of a multinational company
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, SAP HANA, etc.) is a plus
- Experience in web development is a plus
- Good understanding of business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
