**Regional Marketing Manager (Costa del Sol / Costa Blanca)**

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Marketing manager to join a successful international company with offices in Spain.

You will be a native level speaker of English with Spanish and other languages a bonus. Your main focus will be to create and develop region specific marketing campaigns to increase sales in those regions.

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out extensive market research to create marketing campaigns for each specific British expat region
- Analyse and validate demand for services in different regions
- Develop strategies to remain competitive in each area by taking into account specific regional preferences and conditions.
- Monitor performance
- Manage marketing budget efficiently
- Work in conjunction with the sales departments to ensure maximum brand exposure and relevancy in the region
- Manage and create promotional activities to boost sales
- Create marketing reports and present strategies to senior management team

**Requirements**:

- Native level speaker of English with Spanish and other languages a bonus
- At least 3 years’ marketing experience working with the British expat market in Spain
- Experience in delivering against targets / customer acquisition
- Ability to use social media to extend the brand and acquire customers
- Experience working with distribution channels / non-traditional distribution channels to reach customers.
- Highly motivated, confident, proactive
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a car and a valid driving licence.

**Offer**:

- Competitive Salary (40K to 60K) + Bonus based on skills, aptitude and experience
- Spanish contract
- Working Hours: 40 - hour week with flexibility
- Location: Costa del Sol / Costa Blanca but willing to travel
