- Digital Content Manager

- This is a key role in the Marketing & Communications department at Kantar. The Digital content manager will perform an important function editing and curating the local Kantar website and leading the digital & social media strategy in Spain (and France) and collaborating closely with the Global Head of Digital Content to implement the global strategy in countries. This opportunity represents a significant challenge in three important pillars: digital marketing and content creation, social media strategy and Web and Social Analytics.
- KEY OUTCOMES
- Create, curate, edit and optimise high quality multi-media content for Kantar website and be a brand champion by ensuring consistency in tone of voice and visual appeal in all forms of digital communication.
- Assist in the development of the Spanish (and French) Kantar website: collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, be the main point of contact for specific ES & FR website requirements.
- Plan and execute the digital content marketing strategy in ES &FR: with special focus in SEO/SEM recommendations, & social media (earned & paid) recommendations.
- Edit & approve all our external content via digital channels in ES & FR: website and social media channels.
- Lead editorial meetings in ES & FR.
- Monitor website analytics and use the data to influence editorial decisions and implement recommendations to further optimize our online presence in ES & FR.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the local marketing teams across Kantar’s Divisions (specially ES & FR).
- Working closely with the marketing central team, as well as other stakeholders to ensure we implement the HQ content, digital and social strategies in countries.
- Take leadership of the rollout of new websites in countries.
- Work with the Global Head of Digital Content to ensure the consistency of our messages through all our digital channels (local & global).
- CAPABILITIES
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience of website management & editing
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to produce it.
- Strong knowledge of SEO & SEM
- Sitecore experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytic tools
- Basic knowledge of Design tools such as Photoshop
- Familiarity with data visualization and charting
- Well organised with a strong work ethic
- Collaboration mindset.
- Fluency in English, Spanish and/or French.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably (but not limited) in Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or other similar areas.
