We are currently looking for a **Content Manager**. We are interested in talented individuals with a high level of motivation and ownership, who are thinkers and doers. People who are as dynamic and passionate as we are.

**What do we need from you?**
- Lead the **digital content** and **social media strategy** at Trucksters: KPI definition, goals definition, strategic and tactical plans, content plan, measurement, and collaboration with other teams.
- Lead the digital strategy and execution for organic social media lead generation and engagement.
- Cover all steps of the content marketing strategy: topic selection, content formats, writing style, design and promotion.
- Produce multi-channel content: blog posts, articles, downloadable, success stories, videos, webinars, workshops, newsletters. etc
- Implementation, monitoring and constant improvement of the strategic and tactical plans: sales plan, content plan, calendars, influencers campaigns, etc.
- Research: digital and social media benchmarks. Researching industry-related topics and stay on top of industry trends that impact our core audience.
- Work hand to hand with other departments to achieve joint objectives.
- Writing: perfect writing skills (grammar and spelling) both in Spanish and English. The texts must be creative, oriented to seek results.
- Monitor trends in social networks to keep the different platforms updated, not only with content already created or curated.
- Identify buyer persona needs and preferences.
- Ability to document, plan and synthesize the strategy but also the day a day activity in order to have a clear roadmap of actions available for all people involved in the project.
- Ability to present, explain ideas and strategic plans to different teams.
- Strategy & Creativity: thinking aimed at obtaining results in lead generation with content on multiple digital platforms.
- Data-driven mindset: Analyze and measure the impact of every campaign.
- Track record of demonstrable experience (more than 3 years) as a Content Strategist, Creator, Copywriter or similar role at B2B.
- Previous experience building audiences or a community online or offline.
- Experience in creating different types of content such as ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, newsletters, etc.
- Lead generation and nurturing knowledge,
- Knowledge of best practices in SEO for content, experience with keyword research and “Research content”
- Familiarity with the transport industry and previous working experience in the trucking sector is a plus.
