We are a company dedicated to aggregating listings from the real estate market and cars. Our mission is to provide the best quality listings to our customers through our portals.

We are seeking a Junior Content Manager to join our team. The Junior Content Manager will work closely with the person in charge of the role, Simona Silkauskaite, and will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the listings we include in our portals. This includes properly classifying and acquiring listings, as well as ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality. The Junior Content Manager will also be responsible for assisting with any aspect of the portal that is related to content management, while not being a tech QA person. Essentially, the Junior Content Manager will play a business QA role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the quality of listings by reviewing and properly classifying them
- Assist with the acquisition of new listings and maintain existing ones
- Effective communication with the clients regarding the quality of their listings
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure the overall quality of the portal
- Assist with any aspect of the portal related to content management.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thoroughly review large amount of information and draw clear conclusions
- Hard-working, disciplined, professional, focused, determined, resourceful, resilient, and gritty
- High level of professionalism and discipline
- Willingness to learn and implement best practices
- Collaborative and willing to take responsibility for team performance
- Flexible and willing to respond to urgent requests and ad hoc tasks.
