To strengthen our IS/IT Innovation group, we are looking for a **Data Scientist AI,** position that will be called “IT Technology Specialist - AI” internally, to complete our **Transversal Emerging Technologies** team.

**Position Summary**:
**A day in the life of...**:

- You’ll be responsible for using advanced analytics to solve real problems but using nonstandard techniques
- You will research in the current state-of-the-art techniques, libraries and platforms that could impact to Nestlé during the next years
- As a member of the IT Innovation team, you will coach other people and stakeholders in the adoption of this emerging technologies
- You will lease with technological partners to understand where they are working (and why)
- You will test new platforms, libraries, languages, or devices to be sure that they fit the requirements to solve the problem

**What will make you successful**:

- Be educated to MSc level (or equivalent) in Math, Statistics, Physics or Data Science.
- +3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Have proven experience on MLOps and deploy ML models in production
- Experience with Machine Learning modeling, mainly in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning mastering is a must.
- Have the ability to network and influence at senior levels both internally and externally.
- Be able to interpret data and explain business performance in an easy-to-understand way that tells a story to key stakeholders.
- Have proven experience of working in a matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaboration.
- Have advanced Python, PyTorch (or similar) experience. Nice to have a good understanding of PySpark, Reinforcement Learning libraries (rllib on ray) and/or Causal Inference.
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Watson and/or GCP)
